WANG ZI KANG LEADS MAIN EVENT DAY 1C, YANG PENG WINS SUPER STAR CHALLENGE
The fourth day of the Asian Poker Festival (APF) in Vietnam was a busy one, with a number of exciting events taking place. Here are some of the highlights:
Event #9: Main Event Day 1B and 1C
The two flights of the prestigious Main Event took place, with a total of 179 entries. Indian player Phavac Mudgac is currently the chip leader of Flight 1B with 746,000 chips. In Flight 1C, the chip leader is Wang Zi Kang with 505,000 chips.
The last three flights of the Main Event will run on December 11, 2023. Let's see who will be qualified for the most important stage of the tournament!
Event #13: Super Star Challenge
The highlight of the fourth day was the Super Star Challenge, which was won by Chinese player Yang Peng with a total prize of 2.11B
The heads-up match between Yang Peng and Filipino player Tech John was incredibly close, with 25 hands played. In the final round, the two players went all-in at pre-flop with Yang Peng holding 8♠️8♥️ and Tech John holding A♣️Q♦️.

Unfortunately for the Filipino player, he had a lot of outs but still had to settle for runner up position with a prize of 1.21B.
